Episode 1: Requiem

The scene opens on Queen Horns magical barrier sweeping the land when suddenly upon a closeup of the activity in Sforzend Castle the Guardians are falling. In the Capital of the North: Hameln, Hell King Bass speaks of it "finally being the time" as it seems that Queen Horn's magical barrier that has restricted the Mazoku's (Demon Family) movement is weakening. Queen Horn holds her resolve despite the hard time that her kingdom is entering in to.

The scene then switches to the Village of Staccato where Hamel has awoken to find a horn atop his head and is wondering where it came from. He hears a voice that says "Sore Wa Futatsu No Michi" and is looking around the room to see where it came from then he hears Flute approaching and quickly places a hat atop his head. She rushes in vigurously and then drags Hamel out of his house to go prepare for the yearly village festival.

The scene then switches to a strange dark man on a hill who is then attacked by something. He falls into Flute and Hamels path. Flute runs over to help him and he seems to recognize her and utters her name. Then in the next scene there is some talk about how strangers never come to this village and of how Hamel came to be there . After that Flute comes back into the room and gives Hamel a new outfit that she made for him for the festival. Then they are off to the festival.

The scene switches to Queen Horn who seems to be in distress then back to the festival. At the festival Hamel plays the Violin and people dance happily. There is some diccussion among Ressik and the villagers about Hamel and mention that he doesent remember what happened to him before he came there so many years ago. Then the scene switches to Flute an Hamel running back to the room where the stranger is. Flute is worried of his condition getting worse and then Ressik comes in and tells them to leave. He seems to know the stranger as hes talking to him then the man explodes into a demon-plant thing. The scene switches to Horn as she is being attacked and then Clari shows up and saves her. Back in Staccato Flute and Hamel are running for their lives and the demon is close behind them. As they near the festival Ressik calls out to the villagers to Protect Flute and they all charge at it. Flute is shocked at the events and calls out to them, but they are addressing her as "Princess" and tell her to run away. Flute is then caprtured by the Demon and Hamel seems to break down and has flashes to his memories. He then starts playing Mozarts Requiem on his Violin. The music has a magical power that causes the demon to die. In Hameln, Hell King Bass speaks of the downfall of human kind and In Sforzend Queen Horn speaks of the hope that is brought by the music. In Staccato Flute is told that she is the Princess of Sforzend and Queen Horn her Mother.

Episode 2: Destiny of the Nutcracker, Marionette Version (Unmei no Kurumi Wari Ningyou ~ Mariontte)

There is a parade in Sforzend and Queen Horn speaks of awaiting Princess Flutes return. In Staccato the people of the village are getting ready to send Flute away to Sforzend. She is upset that they are all adressing her so formally and is very confused at the current situation. Flute refuses to accept what is happening then runs away.

Hamel is with Ressik and he is asking him to go with Flute to Sforzend and protect her.

The scene then swiches to a flashback of 15 years ago and the war between the mazoku and Sforzend.

In present time Staccato, the villagers (who are now dressed in the Sforzend robes) are looking for Flute, they fear she is in danger. Hamel finds Flute hiding in the bushes and she cries to him about her problems and then accidentily knocks off his hat and is shocked. Hamel then talks a little about his problems.

They suddenly notice that something bad is happening in the village and run to see what it is the whole place is burning and the people are being killed by undead soldiers. Hamel has another flashback to his past and begins to play the Nutcracker, Mationette Version. The fallen villagers start to get up and fight again as they are enchanted by the music. They state that they must continue to fight for the Princess and they continue to fight off the undead soldiers. Flute runs to her 'Grandfather and he tries to confort her. Hamel decides to go with Flute on her journey and Ressik is impailed by a demon.

The entire village is destroyed and Flute and Hamel look upon the remains. In Sforzend Clary reports that the Village of Staccato has served it purpose well.

Flute and Hamel depart.

Magical Music Played:
Tchaikovsky: Nutcracker (Marionette Version)
causes the fallen warriors to get up and fight (or as Oboe says "The playing makes them one with their feelings and rouses them to realize their smallest wishes at risk of their own lives.")


Episode 3: Swan Lake (Hakuchoo no Mizuumi)

In Hameln Bass sends out his minions to find Flute

Flute and Hamel have hitched a ride on a traveling entertainers wagon and are dropped off in the village of Mercato.

Hamel is . . . er working the crowd for money as he plays his Marionette Music and they all give him money. ^-^;

The traveling entertainers that thay traveled with earlier are giving a show in town and all is going well until some people from the crowd start causing trouble and then Raiel appears on the scene with his Piano and plays Swan Lake. The men who where causing trouble start to dance against their will. This is also the Magical Music! A Magical blue bird appears at Raiel's playing and then Hamel comes in with Swan Lake and a black bird appears and the two crash into eachother. Hamel demands to know who this person is that he can play Magical music like he can. Raiel suddenly realizes that this person must me his childhood friend "Ha-chan" whom he thought was dead. Later on they are discussing old times around a camp fire. Hamel does not remember his past before Staccato but Raiel is having fun telling stories of their antics.

In Hameln, Bass sends his troops out to Mercato to investigate the ones who can play the Magical Music.

raiel continues to discuss the past until he ends up on a touchy subject and Oboe asks him to stop. Later on Flute runs into Raiel and he tells her more about where he learned to play the Magic Music (from Hamels mother, Pandora) Then when Raiel is talking to Oboe about what happened to Ansem (the village where they grew up) Flute overhears.

Suddenly Mercato is attacked by the demon whordes as they are after Flute and Hamel. Raiel gets very upset at the destruction and states that it is the same as what happened in Ansem. He plays with a rage and attacks the demons. Horo (the man from the entertainer group) tells Flute of what happened in Ansem when Raiel was 5 years old.

Some of the demons attack Raiel from behind and Hamel breaks free of some other ones that where holding him and saves Raiel.

When its all over Raiel decides to go with Hamel and Flute on their Journey.

This time Hamel is playing it for the people in Marcato so they will give out money ^^;

Raiel plays this to cause the unruly men in the crowd to dance like fools.

Causes the white swan to appear.

Tchaikovsky: Swan Lake ~ Encounter
Hamel plays in response to Raiel's music and makes a black swan appear.

Tchaikovsky: Swan Lake ~ Scene
Raiel Plays and causes the white swan to appear again this time to attack the mazoku.

A duet of the same thing with Hamel and Raiel.


Episode 4: Recollection of Ansem (Ansem no Tsuioku)

Flute, Hamel and Raiel arrive in Ansem. The town is in ruins. They stop for a break and camp out in the woods. Flute is taking a bath in the spring nearby and a view of her back is shown. She has a red cross on it. There is someone lurking in the bushes near her and she clobbers it. When she screams Hamel and Raiel come running to her. Theres an interesting scene involving a nosebleed and alot of embarrasment then the attention is back on the person that Flute clobbered.

Its Trombone and he is the Prince of Dansengo. Hamel and party are about to leave when Trom demands that they stop and tells of what the cross on Flutes back means. He knows that she is the Princess of Sforzend because it is a trait of all of the queens of Sforzend for a cross to appear on their back when their body temperature rises. Trom then states who he is and that he is on an errand for his father.

In Hameln Warrior King Guitar, Lord Drum and Hawk King Sizer are introduced. They are the generals of Hameln. Drum and Sizer are Fighting and then Bass puts a stop to it.

Back in the woods Hamel is remembering some of the discussion from earlier on about Pandora's Box and Kestra. Then in the morning Trom has left with Flute and they are in Ansem. Raiel and Hamel are still at the camp.

Raiel and Hamel realize that they are gone and run towards Ansem while some conversation is held about Pandora and the disaster of Ansem.

Trom and Flute find themselves in some trouble but Hamel and Raiel come to their rescue.

In Hameln the Mazoku talk of finding their Succesor.

Causes Trom's sword to go flying and cut down the enemies.

Episodes 5-8
